RESERVATION:
Reservations are made weekly or longer with selfcatering.
The reservation for one week ( 7 days ), from Saturday to
Saturday, has to be sent by e-mail.
A stay for a shorter or longer period will be accepted if there
is availability.
On each of the two floors there are 3 bedrooms with a bathroom,
that can be rented separately and a Suite with a double bedroom,
two sitting rooms and a private bathroom.
When you make a reservation, a down payment of
30 % of the total amount is requested. The total amount
( 70 % of the reservation fee ) has to be paid within 8 weeks of
the arrival date .
Reservations made less than 8 weeks before arrival , has to be
paid with the total amount of the stay.
All the payments have to be made with Bank wire
or PayPal. When you confirm the reservation,
you will get informed about the bank details for the wire or you
pay with PayPal.
Villa La Collina will confirm the arrival of the payment and the
Client will the get an e-mail from Villa La Collina to confirm
the reservation.

HIGH SEASON:
from Saturday June 26 until Saturday September 04, 2010, Euro
5.500,00.
MEDIUM SEASON:
from Saturday May 08 until Saturday June 26, 2010, Euro
5.000,000.
from Saturday September 04 until October 09, 2010, Euro 5.000,00.
LOW SEASON:
from Saturday February 27 until May 08, 2010,
Euro 4.500,00.
from Saturday October 09 until November 27, 2010, Euro 4.500,00.
At the moment the Client check-in, a security deposit
has to be paid in cash, Euro 1.500,00, that will be
given back when checking-out. |
