RESERVATION AND PRICES

The price for one week ( 7 Days ), from Saturday to Saturday, will be given on request by e-mail.
A stay of a period inferior of a week will be accepted if there is availability.

When you book for a week, a down payment of 50 % is asked and the total sum.

The same is required for a reservation of more than one week.

60 days before arrival, the guest has to pay the total amount, other 50 %.

The payment has to be done only by bank wire. When the guest makes a reservation, he will be informed about the details how to make the bank wire.

At the moment when the guest Check In, a Security Deposit in cash must be paid, Euro 1.500.00 and this money will be returned when Check Out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the following way the money paid for a reservation, will be returned due to the period of cancellation:

From Reservation:	Canc. Fee
90 days before check in	0 %
Less than 90 days before check in until 60 days before chek in	50 %
Less than 60 days before check in until 30 days before chek in	75%
Until 30 days before check in	100 %
No show	100 %

RESERVATIONS, MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION REQUESTS:

Once a reservation is confirmed and the down payment is received, this receipt will be considered as a Voucher. The guest will receive an e-mail from Villa La Collina, that the reservation has been done, as soon as the money has arrived.

Once the reservation is confirmed, any modification or cancellation request must be done via e-mail to Villa La Collina. For any information or request, the guest is gently asked to contact Villa La Collina via e-mail:
